Dedicated Token Namespace: Uses gpuv_live_ (SHA-256 hashed in SQLite WAL; plaintext wiped on one-time POST reveal).
Fail-Closed B2B Tax Fulfillment: Orders paid while in PENDING_TAX_VERIFICATION hold gpuv_live_ credentials inactive (HTTP 403) until official EU VIES or strictly correlated Stripe customer.tax_id.updated confirms active registry status, matching corporate entity name, and registered address (VERIFIED).
Dual-Schema Stripe Webhooks (Acacia + 2025-03-31.basil+): Resolves subscription IDs across both legacy invoice.subscription and invoice.parent.subscription_details.subscription / line-item parent structures, suspending keys on PAST_DUE and restoring access on invoice.paid once tax status is VERIFIED.
